Register and Assign Coaches

Coaches can register using their regular household account--or set up a new account if they don't have a kid in the league. This process is designed to be seamless and user-friendly, ensuring that all coaches, whether parents or volunteers, can quickly and easily sign up.

For parents who wish to coach their own children, they can simply indicate this during registration. Or, register separately to coach! Share skill levels and certifications, which helps the league match them with a suitable team. This customization ensures that coaches are placed in positions where they can be most effective and where they are most needed.

Once a coach is assigned to a team, their user account is upgraded to provide them with access to all necessary team management tools. Through their account, coaches can view their team's roster, which includes detailed information about each player. This allows them to keep track of player statistics, attendance, and other important information.

Moreover, Cogran's integrated communication tools enable coaches to send emails directly to their team members and parents, streamlining the communication process. This ensures that important announcements, practice schedules, and game updates are efficiently communicated to everyone involved.
