Cogran works with Stripe. Standard online card processing is approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction; actual rates may vary by organization.

Implementation and scale

Published pricing applies to organizations with annual revenue up to $500,000. Setup or data-service fees may apply, and larger organizations receive a tailored proposal.

One shared tier price

When the published registration range matches across both paths, so does the price. The 2,001–2,500 tier is $3,000 per year in either path.

How is Cogran pricing determined?

Published Cogran plans are based primarily on annual registration volume. The camp and recreation paths reflect different common volume ranges and workflows.

Does Cogran charge different prices for the same registration tier?

No. When a published registration range is the same in both paths, the annual base price is the same. The 2,001–2,500 tier is $3,000 per year in both paths.

What is included in a Cogran plan?

Every published base plan includes the connected core platform and the primary workflows listed for that pricing path.

Are payment-processing fees included?

No. Payment processing is separate from the annual software fee. Standard online card processing through Stripe is approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, although actual rates may vary.

What if our volume is above the published tiers?

Cogran provides a tailored proposal for organizations above the published volume ranges or revenue threshold. Implementation or data-service fees may also apply depending on scope.
