Your annual pricing tier is based on the total number of registrations and unique reservations. Here is how to work out your count.
Each unique reservation counts
Count each unique reservation once. For example, 800 registrations plus 200 unique reservations gives you an annual total of 1,000.
Member attendance is included
Member attendance tracking is included at no additional cost. Member check-ins do not add to your registration and reservation count.
POS transactions, including unlimited ticket sales, are available for an additional $400 per year and do not add to your registration and reservation count. For in-person POS payments, Cogran uses the Stripe BBPOS WisePOS E terminal.

Payment processing
Cogran works with Stripe. Standard online card processing is approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction; actual rates may vary by organization's payment volume. Nonprofit pricing may be available from Stripe. Stripe passes funds directly to customer bank accounts.
Implementation and scale
Published pricing covers the annual volume ranges shown. Organizations above those ranges receive a tailored proposal based on their workflows and implementation needs.
What counts toward your tier
Both tables use annual registration and reservation counts. Count each registration within a transaction and each unique reservation. POS transactions (such as tickets for events, snack bars, and online stores) are covered by a separate $400 annual option; member attendance tracking is included at no additional cost.

Why do the small and large organization tables overlap?
The highest small organization tier and the first large organization tier are identical: 2,001–2,500 registrations and unique reservations per year at $3,000 per year. Both tables show the same price at the transition, so you can see how pricing continues as your organization grows.
What is included in a Cogran plan?
Every published base plan includes the connected core platform. We confirm your workflows, implementation needs, and any separately priced services in your proposal.
How do I count registrations and reservations?

How much does POS cost?

What if our volume is higher than expected?
Cogran does not automatically turn off once a tier limit is reached. If volumes are exceeded by more than 5% Cogran will recommended a new tier at or recommend early renewal. Cogran makes all efforts to ensure a consistent, no-interruption experience for customers.
